Petrified Wood & Air Plants

This weekend I went to a really cool rock shop and got a piece of petrified wood to make a holder for some air plants I got this weekend!

I also got a new shelf for my plants! Lots of shopping this weekend!

Anyway, making this type of holder/display for air plants was super easy; all you need is a bit of wire and an anchor (a rock, piece of wood, a tchotchke, something else).  Securely wrap the wire around your anchor leaving a long tail. Then make some loops in the long tail to hold the air plants. Super easy!

My houseplant count is continuing to increase, I really need to finish my houseplant guidebook soon!
