Fruit Crisps

Food in jars is a bit of a trend lately. I made fruit crisps and put them into small single-serving sized jars so I don't have to share or feel I need to eat all the dessert before it goes bad.

These fruit crisps are made with blueberries, a shredded granny smith apple, and diced rhubarb from my yard. Recently, after making a bunch of crisps at work, I have come to the conclusion that any fruit can make a good crisp. We had a frozen fruit blend of peaches, white peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and honeydew that I made into a crisp and it tasted really great!

These guys are in my freezer waiting to be baked and eaten! If someone wants to visit, I may be willing to share.
