A few weeks ago I saw a link on Pinterest to Savvy Housekeeping's blog post about turning bar soap into liquid soap. It was quite simple to do I didn't heat my soap as suggested in the recipe and I only made a half batch. My soap is more fluid than the liquid soap you can get at the store which is a bit of a surprise when you first use it, but it is fine. I will have to modify the recipe a bit the next time I make it; eventually I will find the perfect ratio of soap shavings to water.
