I had to rip all this work out because I'm sure it is too small. This is about a third of the hat pattern, it is only 13 inches wide and that will not fit around an adult's head. I just started again on larger needles, we'll see how it turns out.

Trying a Vintage Knitting Pattern
I started knitting a toque from this vintage pattern from Australian Women's Weekly and I am have some trouble with the sizing.
I had to rip all this work out because I'm sure it is too small. This is about a third of the hat pattern, it is only 13 inches wide and that will not fit around an adult's head. I just started again on larger needles, we'll see how it turns out.
