Melty Beads

When I was in Portland I went to Ikea (of course) and bought some fusible plastic beads (perler/hama-type). I have been sorting them by color to make my pixel projects slightly less time consuming.

So far I have hardly made a dent in the container, but decided to make something. Here is a gnome:

This gnome is based off of a cross stitch pattern from The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery. He is 'May' in their 2013 Woodland Sampler Club. I think I need more bead colors because this gnome is a little jaundice (the reason I haven't fused him), but should probably just use what I have.
