Our next Craft Book Club book is Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. I'm hoping to get into the Halloween spirit!

Violets
After reading Pygmalion by Bernard Shaw for Craft Book Club I considered making an extravagant hat with ostrich feathers, but I didn't have any ostrich feathers and it seemed like quite an undertaking so I painted some violets on a cork coaster instead.
This was a quick little project. I chose to paint flowers because Eliza Doolittle was a Flower Girl, selling violets on the street.
