To make these festive containers, I started with jelly jars, cut balloons and put them over the bottom of the jar to give them a paint dipped look, filled the jars with aquarium gravel mixed with sparkly fake snow, and added a paperwhite bulb on top! The bulbs just needed some water and sprouted roots almost immediately. They have been growing for a few weeks and are getting pretty tall!
I've handed most them out and they should start blooming soon!
