I ran out of cardboard

Unfortunately I am still working on the bug hotel. Over the weekend I cut the openings for the butterfly house and glued supports to the back of the facade, cut some more balsa wood to divide the bottom section, and began stuffing the open middle section with lots of cardboard. I ran out of cardboard then sort of gave up on the rest (I do need to get some pinecones though)! Here is what it looks like so far:

I'm thinking of staining the butterfly house and I should attach some bark to the back so the butterflies can hold on more easily. Now to collect more cardboard and cut it to size...
