Ear Flaps

When I was considering purchasing yarn for my pillow weaving I saw this great yarn that was on sale. While in the store I did a quick Ravelry search and found a hat pattern from my favorites that suited the yarn so I bought two skeins! Here is my knitting progress:

I did make a mistake, adding the wrong number of increases between the ear flaps, so the seed stitch doesn't line up and I need to undo a round and a half. It is a really quick knit, my mistake made me a bit discouraged so put down my needles. Need to finish this one soon so I can return the library book I borrowed!
