Ensalada de Frutas and Other Yummy Things

Sunday we had another cookbook club potluck and I thought I'd share more pictures! Since it was Cinco de Mayo we had a Mexican theme; our main dish was pollo a la creme which was delicious! I made a fruit salad from Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen and it turned out delicious! There were so many good looking recipes in the book, I definitely recommend you check it out!
