Italian Food

The last cookbook club potluck was Italian themed! I made Nancy's Chopped Salad minus the chickpeas (because I thought I already had some in my pantry and I didn't) from The Mozza Cookbook by Nancy Silverton. It was very good and something I'll have to add into my repertoire. We also had ravioli, roast potatoes and fennel, cannoli, and garlic knots!
