Painted Face Mask

I thought it would be cool to make day of the week masks because day of the week undies are fun. Even though I've had the supplies for months, I've just now gotten around to making the test mask. (Just in time for the governor to fail to put in place a mask mandate during his 'Important Corona Virus Update' yesterday.) I painted a simple rose using fabric paint on an inexpensive cotton mask. The paint is fairly thick and doing detail work would be hard. I might do another test, I need some painting practice. Also, I haven't washed the mask since making it so I'm not sure how well it will hold up.
