I made some raspberry flavored caramels as a birthday gift for my Nana! It was a new to me recipe that had no stirring and I substituted the vanilla flavor for raspberry flavor. The only other time I've made caramel was for these homemade milk duds last year and it was a stir constantly recipe. These raspberry candies are delicious and there is enough raspberry flavor for another batch so I think I'll be making more soon!
