Writing on Shirts

A few weeks ago I decorated some tank tops. My sister requested a "drop it like a squat" shirt for working out and I tried to be punny and made myself a "sweat shirt" tank top. I cooked up cornstarch and water and added the dye, this made writing words a lot easier.

I was impatient and washed off the dye too soon so the words are fairly light, but it is just a silly shirt for working out so It doesn't really matter. Next time I do this I'll know to let the dye sit longer and also to wet the shirt before hand so the dye stays where it is put.
