Throughout November I found inspirational images, came up with a general color theme, and mapped out my month, events I had planned and ideas for the boring days. Then the Sunday before December I gathered a bunch of supplies (most of which I had on hand) and started making things that I thought would make the scrapbooking faster/easier. The only problem with that is: I have never scrapbooked before so as stated above, I have no idea what I'm doing.
Things I made before December: numbered stickers for each day, templates for both sleeve sizes, and decorations for the outside of the album (the front cover will be changing because the stickers I used aren't sticking).
It's been a week and I haven't printed any of my photos yet, but my discouragement from before starting has lessened. I am keeping daily notes and have taken at least one photo everyday. We will see how I'm feeling after working on some pages, but my guess is by the end of the month I will have much more confidence in my scrapbooking ability and will be ready to scrapbook all the things.
