I got back from my trip to Scotland on Sunday and forgot I needed to get something ready to post today. Instead of several photos from my trip, as I had planned before I left, today you get to see one photo of a Highland cow (probably not the best or my favorite one, but I decided not to set the date and time on my camera and now my photos are all jumbled up and in my rush to get this post ready I just picked one) and Thursday I'll share some more Scotland pics.
We found this cute snuggle monster on the roadside after our gps took us on a "shortcut" road. We became incredibly excited when the highland coos came into view after cresting a small hill so we pulled the car over to take some pictures.
