Fruit Salad with Kefir Dressing

After reading Lucky Us by Amy Bloom for Craft Book Club I had no idea what sort of craft to make. Luckily my mom suggested fruit salad (the Torellis bring fruit salad to the family after each funeral) so I made a quick one with some kefir that tasted pretty good.

I suggest you skip the book and make the fruit salad. Peel and segment clementines, slice some seedless grapes and some apples, then pour some blueberry flavored kefir over the top and mix! Easy and delicious!


December's book is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens! I'm listening to Jim Dale read it on my thanksgiving road trip!
