Pencil Case Embroidery WIP

I've recently become a student again and I purchased a mesh pencil case and document holder so that I could embellish them with embroidery. So far I haven't made much progress, but decided to do a little embroidery sampler on the pencil case (at least one side of the pencil case) as time allows. Here is my progress. It is only one little part, but I need help deciding if I do only reds and pinks or if this is the start to a rainbow. Let me know in the comments!
