Asian Cuisine

Our latest cookbook club was themed "Asian Cuisine" and it was delicious! I made a bento box-ish plate following a few recipes from 10-Minute Bento by Megumi Fujii and adding a mojo dog inspired deviled egg. It was my first time cooking dry soybeans and they took so long to make, but they did taste delicious. Here are a few pictures of things I ate:
