Serious Composting - The small compost tote I made last year is awesome, but I think I really need to up my composting game this year. I want to make a big pile that is active and gets hot! I'll be working at keeping my browns and greens balanced and trying to keep it from drying out in the heat of the summer! Wish me luck!
More Washable Pads - This is the resolution I didn't complete! I've been using old/stained washcloths when removing nail polish and I want smaller little pads so I don't have to wash them as frequently. I plan on using a serger and an old towel/washcloth but I don't have a serger so I have to remember to bring the project stuffs when I visit my mom next.
Plant a Tree - I planted three filbert trees last year and want to plant another tree this year. It needs to be about 25 feet tall or less at maturity so it won't interfere with a power line and I'm thinking I'd prefer a flowering tree, but haven't decided which type yet. I guess I'll be browsing through Dirr's Manual of Woody Landscape Plants to try and find my match! If you have any suggestions please let me know!
