The recipe for this banana bread was a little bit made up because of the ingredients I had on hand and wanted to use. It has some wild yeast instead of chemical leaving, but I didn't give it much time to rise so the loaf is pretty dense, but it is full of bananas and blueberries so it's still delicious. I have some zucchini so I think I'll be making a similar treat later this week, but will definitely give the yeast time to multiply and get bubbly!
