Drying Pumpkin Seeds

I've got to squeeze in another pumpkin post before winter! This week I started drying pumpkin seeds for the squirrels. I could eat them myself, but nah. I'd rather feed some of the neighborhood cuties (birds are the other neighborhood cuties I like to feed). Anyway, I'm slowly getting through the pile of pumpkins on my porch and saving a few (air dried) seeds from the two I picked up at the pumpkin patch so I can grow them next year. I wish I would have written their varieties down, but they probably won't be true to type anyway.
