Almost a hat.

The weather around here has been getting colder and I decided I needed another cold weather accessory. This is a work in progress photo of my almost hat:

It will be lovely when it is finished. I was originally trying to do a slouchy beret type hat, but I don't think it is going to look like that. Here is a detail of the 'wrong side'.

Hopefully I finish for my Thursday post so we can all see how it looks and I don't have to figure out what to put here in its place. I spent most of last night knitting so I think I am on track.
