Two Thousand Thirteen!

My internet issues turned out to be a minor computer issue and it is now resolved. Thursday I was planning on sharing my plans for the new year and post the finished loom knit project and pattern today, but the schedule changed so look for the new pattern on Thursday and read about my plans and goals today.

Twice before I have posted resolutions on this blog and both times I didn't follow through with them all. Of my five Earth Day Resolutions of 2010 the only one I didn't complete (and still haven't) is installing a rain barrel. My incomplete resolution from last year was to use craft supplies I already have, which I did to an extent, I need to work on this because my craft room is still overflowing.

Here are my crafting intentions:

• Book Club Crafts! I like to listen to audio books while I make things. The other day I was thinking about school, book reports, and those silly book related projects that we made. ♥dioramas♥ This made me want to join a crafting book club! I'm not sure if this sort of thing actually exists or not (Google is no help) so I am starting one here! First book is The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. I will share my finished Huck related project by the end of the month.
• 52 Double Exposures! 365 photo projects are too demanding for me yet I wanted to do another photo challenge. One photo a week is much more reasonable and I will be able to accomplish this. Double exposures are cool and I will be partnering up with my mother (another photo challenge lover) to create some faux double exposures using our iPhones.
• More Yarn Bombs! I like making them.
