The first was a cherry pie inspired cake with a red colored cake for the base, lots of vanilla ice cream, cherry pie filling, and streusel topping. The second ice cream cake was inspired by creamsicles; it has a white cake with orange gelatin base, a thin layer of vanilla ice cream, then orange sorbet and white chocolate chips to top.
