Wire Spider Web

I made a spider web for my Charlotte's Web Craft Book Club project. This web isn't as terrific as any that Charlotte made, but it is definitely better than Wilbur's attempt.

Making this spiderweb was easy, a little bit tedious, but easy. I used some thin floral wire, wire cutters, tape, and a flat surface. To begin, cut out several lengths of wire (I cut four, but more might look better depending on size) and tape them to your flat surface to create "spokes". Next, you start wrapping the wire around the spokes in a spiral pattern, I taped the starting end so it didn't wiggle.

Our next book for Craft Book Club is True Grit by Charles Portis.
Do you have any book suggestions? I don't have any books lined up after True Grit and I'd love some recommendations!

    1. I'm glad you like it. I think we should make them for a crafternoon, I want to make a sparkly bejeweled web.
